Ramblers

Ramblers runs every Sunday as part of our Morning Gathering at 11am.
After around 10 mins there is an exodus for kids from preschool age up to P5 for a fun programme with music, crafts, stories and games.

The Biggest Story (https://www.thebiggeststory.com) leads our children on an exciting journey through the Bible, from the garden of Eden to the return of Christ. Together, we will walk through the Old and New Testament, we’ll learn about new and amazing parts of the Bible, and fundamentally, we’ll see each week how those stories relate back to Jesus.

The Biggest Story has been produced by Crossways, and is full of the most beautiful, rich and colourful illustrations. Each week there are animations and crafts to help us learn and understand, as we tailor the lesson to both Ramblers (Pre-Y5) and The Expedition (Y6-Y7).

Base Camp

To reach Everest Base Camp it takes at least 15 days (a climb of 5600m), but to reach the summit there is still 5 – 6 days of gruelling climb to go. Base Camp is our new name for our secondary school (Y8 – Y10) Sunday morning group, and it reflects that on our young people’s faith journeys they have already travelled a long way but there is still more to come. More to discover about Jesus, church, faith and themselves and we as a church want to give them the tools and equipment to make a move towards that summit.

After around 10 minutes with everyone together the young people will gather for a time of pancakes and chat.

Morning Gathering

WAYS TO JOIN THE MORNING GATHERING AT BELVOIR PARISH?
There are different ways to join us on Sunday morning at 11am and you can choose the option that works best for you.

In Church

In the Living Room – Sofas and coffee tables for a more informal setting to join the service on the big screen. This might be preferred option for families with young children but is open to anyone.

On Facebook – live stream on Facebook from anywhere in the world and chat with others who are gathering virtually.

On Catch Up – if you can’t make it in any of these ways on Sunday morning you can catch up through the week. You can watch the service later on Belvoir TV through Facebook, the Website and the App or you listen to the sermon on Belvoir Podcasts in the same places or wherever you get you podcasts from.

It’s for everyone

All are very welcome to join us at our Morning Gathering whatever age you are, whether you are a regular church goer or haven’t ever been there will be a friendly face at the door to welcome you and point you in the right direction.

We all join together for tea, coffee and juice at the end.

Communion

On the second Sunday each month we will celebrate communion at our Morning Gathering in the church and the Living Room.
