Every two years I have written a booklet outlining the priorities and direction for Belvoir Parish. The previous two were called Belvoir Style and Pathways.

This is not a plan – it does not have dates and targets. Many years ago, I gave up plans in favour of a compass, a direction.

This hopefully contributes to a culture, a shared experience of who we are trying to be. At least, that is the theory. Maybe we can make it a reality.

This booklet uses a metaphor – the dinner table.

When it was evening, Jesus sat down at the table with the Twelve. Matt 26:20

"The twelve" in the New Testament represents God’s people, a mirror image of the twelve tribes of God’s people in the Old Testament.

Let’s sit down, as God’s people here in Belvoir Parish, with Jesus our Lord.

What could this meal look like?
