This is more than a Christmas Tradition. Families and communities have always gathered around their shared memories and the stories that have shaped who they are. This is one of those times and one of those stories. In a world that loves a “rags to riches” story/book/movie, what a great alternative is the Christmas story; the one who gave up all to become a servant. It is worth hearing again.
